To cancel, pause, or change your subscription, email us at support@unnio.app with your account email. We process all requests within 24 hours.
Cancel subscription
Email support@unnio.app with subject "Cancel Subscription". We'll confirm within 24 hours and you keep access until the end of your current paid period.
Request a refund
Refund requests are reviewed according to our Refund Policy and applicable law. To request a refund, email support@unnio.app with your checkout email, the payment date and amount, proof of the charge, and the last 4 digits of the card used.
Change your plan
Email support@unnio.app to switch between plans. We'll handle the change at the next billing cycle.
