1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using unnio (unnio.app) ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Aykon Group OÜ ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Nature of the Service

unnio is an educational entertainment platform providing daily relationship and productivity tools, guided programs, and an AI assistant for couples and individuals. All content is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. The Service does not constitute professional psychological, therapeutic, medical, financial, or legal advice and should not be treated as such. Results vary and are not guaranteed. unnio is not a substitute for professional support.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Available plans include a 7-day trial ($0.99, then $9.99/week unless cancelled), weekly ($9.99), monthly ($19.99), and yearly ($39.99). During promotional campaigns, a free trial period may be available. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time via the Manage Subscription page or by emailing support@unnio.app. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Refunds are not automatic and must be verified before review. To request a refund, the customer must contact support@unnio.app and provide the checkout email, payment date, payment amount, proof of charge, and the last 4 digits of the card used for payment.

Refund requests may be declined where the service was accessible or used, where the subscription renewed according to the terms accepted at checkout, or where the payment cannot be verified, except where required by law.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service is owned by or licensed to Aykon Group OÜ. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform, share access credentials, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aykon Group OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
